We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 12-48 business hours from order date and will take 1-3 business days for standard delivery anywhere within South Korea. Standard International shipping will take 10-20 business days. Please note that BONNTIQUE is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. BONNTIQUE does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees of $24.99 are non refundable.

Regular Priced Items bought on bonntique.myshopify.com will be accepted for a refund or exchange within 20 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non refundable.  All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL. If such items are returned a R250.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you. In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are not refundable. To make an exchange or return please print and fill out the form included inside your parcel and send it back with your returned merchandise. Once your return parcel is received processing time is 7-10 business days to process your return. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
